How to Get Started
Step 1:
Introduction Meeting
We start with a short meeting to understand your business, your hiring needs, and the type of candidates you’re looking for. This ensures we only share profiles that fit your requirements.
Step 2:
Access to Candidates
You’ll receive access to pre-screened candidates that match your needs, each with a short video introduction. You select who you’d like to meet, and we present your company to those candidates. New matches are shared with you on a daily or weekly basis.
Step 3:
Interview and Hire
If the candidate is also interested, we arrange a meeting between you and the candidate. From there, you conduct interviews and make your hires — simple, transparent, and efficient.

How does it work?
Abroader shares a weekly Talent Pool with pre-screened, relocation-ready candidates.
You can express interest by replying to the email with the candidate numbers you’d like to meet, or by filling out the form on each candidate’s profile.
We handle introductions, confirm motivation and availability, and support both sides through the hiring process.
What does it cost?
Access to the Talent Pool gives you continuous access to new candidates. There is a small monthly fee to access the system, but new clients are offered a free trial period to explore the platform and its features. When you hire someone, there’s a placement fee, split into three parts: one part when the contract is signed, one part on the candidate’s first day, and one part after three months of employment.
What types of candidates can I find in the Talent Pool?
Most candidates are Danish- or EU-speaking individuals looking for seasonal or entry-level roles abroad in hospitality, retail, or customer service. We also share profiles for more experienced candidates when available.
